Top 5 Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps in Estonia Q3 2023

The third quarter of 2023 has shown interesting trends in the carpooling and ridesharing app market in Estonia. Here’s a look at how the top 5 apps performed based on data from Sensor Tower.

Bolt: Request a Ride from BOLT TECHNOLOGY OU exhibited a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads. Starting at around 2K downloads in late June, the app saw a decline to approximately 1.5K by the end of September. Despite these fluctuations, the app managed to maintain a steady presence in the market.

Uber - Request a ride from Uber Technologies, Inc. experienced relatively stable download numbers throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads hovered around the 400 to 500 range, with a slight peak at 530 downloads in the week of August 14.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver, also from Uber Technologies, Inc., showed more variability in its download numbers. Downloads ranged from a low of 67 in mid-August to a high of 166 in the week of July 17.

Cabify from Maxi Mobility, Inc. maintained consistent weekly download numbers, ranging from around 45 to 70 downloads. The app’s performance remained stable throughout the quarter.

BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus from Comuto saw a slight decline in weekly downloads over the quarter. Starting at 55 downloads in late June, it ended the quarter with 43 downloads in the final week of September.
